A deep clean and sanitisation of all surfaces, especially all high touch surfaces in the cab and living area, takes place after every rental with COVID-19 approved anti-viral products.
All contents of van – including all crockery, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils and blankets are thoroughly cleaned after each rental.

Yes – we allow small to medium sized, well behaved dogs at an extra charge of £30 to cover cleaning. We ask that the dogs don’t climb on the seats or beds or are left unattended. We insist that you bring covers and/or a cage for your dog.
It runs on diesel and will come with a full tank which we ask you to return full.
In the unlikely event the van breaks down it is fully covered by the RAC. If the vehicle cannot be repaired they will be able to bring you home or onward to your campsite until the van is repaired.
There are two seats with seat belts in the rear and three in the front including the driver. There are no isofix points but care seats do fit into the van.
You will be instructed on how to use all aspects of the van at the hand over and there is also a user manual located in the van as a reminder. If there are any problems then we can always be contacted for any help or advice.
The van can be collected between 2pm and 3pm and drop off between 9am and 11am (we can discuss arrangements nearer the time)
It is strictly not permitted to smoke in the van at any time and will result in a £250 charge which will be deducted from the security deposit should any evidence of this be discovered to cover cleaning costs.
Yes, we ask that you bring all you own bedding, sheets, pillows and towels.
The van is located and will be picked up and dropped off in Bournemouth Dorset. There is off road parking with CCTV for you to leave your vehicle if you should need to. It will be left at your own risk whilst you are away in the van.
This is fully covered within the insurance of which all details are in the folder in the van. We are always contactable in all emergencies.
Yes, we ask you to read our terms and conditions before making a booking so we know you have read and accept them which is an agreement prior to the collection.
We ask you to sign them on collection so please read prior to the hire date.
We will also do a walk around with you and make note of any damage and check the contents before and after hire.
There is free unlimited mileage in England then a 25p per mile charge over your 100 miles per day if you travel outside England.
There is an additional charge of £150 for any European travel.
